Connected

Sometimes we don't realize how much being in connection matters to us until we are in a conflict. Human connection invites a sense of belonging and safety when we have supportive relationships around us. Connectedness happens when two or more people interact with each other and each person has a sense of being valued, respected and heard. We teach people ways to come back into connection when there has been a breach in that rapport.

Constructive

Rather than having destructive conversations, constructiveness is a positive force intending to build and create. We've all been there when things seem to be falling apart in our world and feel utterly hopeless. These practices provide valuable tools that are practical, effective and productive for the purpose of encouraging growth and expansion, giving us freedom from the habitual patterns that keep us stuck.

Communication

Our every day lives are dependent on communication, whether it involves directly interacting with others, or getting a message across in other ways. There is a whole wave of events that can happen before we even open our mouths or hit the 'send' button that many of us fail to stop and consider. Effective communication with others actually starts with looking at our inner worlds and how we relate to ourselves and other elements in our lives.

Coaching

We as humans are not meant to go on our path alone. There is a wisdom already inherent within each individual that can be accessed with the help of others who are there to remind us of who we are. Support from others who have already been through some of life's challenges is sometimes all we need in order to make a shift. Our programs are designed to give insight, accountability, and mentorship to guide you into your own transformation.

What Does Relational Mean?

From the moment we are born, we are in relationship every second of our lives, whether it is with another person, or with ourselves. The world as we know it would not be what it is if we weren’t relating to something or someone. Everything we see around us, every system in place, every tool we use, required some sort of exchange of engagement to be what is is today. To be relational is to be aware of how we are…

Co-Founder, Relational Healing Coach

Nari Tabcum

With over 20 years of experience, Nari Tabcum specializes in helping individuals, couples and groups cultivate deeper, more meaningful relationships. Through her training in Authentic Facilitation, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and interest-based mediation, Nari creates environments that foster trust, empathy, and genuine growth. Drawing on transformational models like Robert Gonzales’s Living Compassion and Terry Real’s relational practices, Nari supports clients in building more connection, harmony and emotional freedom in their lives.

Her sessions combine heartfelt insights with evidence-based methods, particularly Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping clients face life’s challenges with resilience. Nari empowers people to break free from limiting beliefs and embrace their innate capacity for empathy and understanding.

In her personal life, Nari practices these same principles, fostering a meaningful relationship with her partner, James, through transparent, loving dialogue. Beyond her work, she finds joy in watercoloring, crafting nourishing meals, and spending time with her cherished cat, Kang Singe.

Nari’s vision is a world where compassion and self-awareness lead to stronger connections and a more harmonious society.
